GaggiMate
FirmwareControl brew temperature and profiles from your own machine
GaggiMate replaces the thermostat controls in compatible Gaggia Classic machines with a controller and touchscreen. It adds PID temperature control, timed brew profiles, a local web interface and smart-home integration. Pressure and flow profiles require the Pro hardware.
Installation needs the matching kit or parts and work inside the machine, including mains wiring; the official guides cover the original Classic and 2019-onward Pro/Evo models. Confirm the exact model and electrical variant first, and use a qualified technician if you cannot safely perform the conversion.
Its public source is licensed CC BY-NC-SA 4.0: commercial use is restricted and shared adaptations must retain that license. It is source-available rather than OSI open source.
