Command lineGet temporary root on specific older firmware
fuguquest is a source-built command-line tool that can grant a root ADB shell on matching vulnerable Quest firmware. It runs through an authorized local shell and offers a temporary mode whose privilege changes disappear after reboot.
Build it with Rust on Windows or Linux and use the exact target files for the headset build. The DirtyFrag vulnerability is patched at security level 2026-06-04, and its temporary root mode leaves SELinux permissive until reboot.
