FHEMPy Tuya
Plug-inUse Tuya controls and readings in FHEM automations
FHEMPy's Tuya modules bring plugs, lights, switches and readings into FHEM, a home automation server. The local module reads and controls devices over your LAN, while separate Smart Life and developer-cloud modes use Tuya's servers.
Install FHEMPy and supply a local key plus a matching product schema for local operation. Known product mappings work without developer credentials, but unfamiliar product IDs need Tuya developer access to fetch their schema. The QR Smart Life mode avoids developer signup and remains cloud-dependent.
- Keep your lights and switches working offline
- Use your devices in your own smart home
- FHEM readings and rules
- Custom datapoint mappings
- Real-time LAN status
