Eight Sleep MCP lets an AI assistant read your nightly sleep trends, temperature programs, alarms and adjustable-base state. It runs on your computer and signs in to Eight Sleep's private cloud API with your account.
Changes to temperature, side power, away mode and alarms are off by default. You have to opt in to each one.
