Coach Paddy
Plug-inTurn watch records into a local training journal
Coach Paddy writes local training notes and a dashboard using a community COROS MCP connector. That connector reads private web and mobile APIs.
Install the supported agent and dependencies. AI sees selected records, detailed sleep can sign the phone app out, and example dashboard sections need replacing.
- Use your readings in your own dashboards
- Automate workout exports
- Combined endurance and strength logs
