AppA program shell with search and RAM backup for CE
Cesium is a shell for the TI-84 Plus CE and TI-83 Premium CE: an app in the Apps menu that lists programs, apps and appvars, with alpha-key search, TI-BASIC program creation and editing, a power-down password, dark mode, and RAM backup and restore stored in flash. It can also read and transfer files from a FAT32 USB drive.
You install it by running the CESIUM program, which needs assembly programs to be allowed. On OS 5.5 and later that means running arTIfiCE first. The README does not state OS limits and says nothing about Press-to-Test; TI's guide says Press-to-Test blocks existing programs and apps. The RAM backup writes to flash, so the README asks you to use it sparingly.
