Command lineRecord CAN data and build usable vehicle PID profiles
canair reads and records CAN and diagnostic data through WiCAN, WiCAN PRO or a compatible ELM327 TCP connection. It can inspect manufacturer-specific signals, export captures and create PID profiles for a WiCAN dashboard or home automation.
Install its Python command-line tool and select the correct transport and vehicle profile. WiCAN 4.x and PRO v6 use different paths; some included car profiles are unverified, and write-capable diagnostic commands need separate review.
