DashboardKeep Watch trends and training calculations in SQLite
Bem Estar receives Apple Health data through Health Auto Export and keeps raw payloads and normalized records in SQLite. It presents activity, sleep and training calculations in a browser dashboard and offers REST and MCP interfaces to the same records.
Its documented server setup uses Python, Node.js and a background worker, with a separate paid Health Auto Export automation on your iPhone. The readiness and recovery figures are the project's own formulas, and AI clients receive the information returned by the tools you enable.
