Bare TV Launcher
AppHide your app dock behind a full-screen photo
Provides a photo-focused home with a dock that tucks away when idle, a separate app grid and remote-controlled arrangement. An optional accessibility service redirects Home while keeping the stock launcher installed.
The documented daily-use device is Xiaomi Mi TV 4A / MiTV-AXSO0 on Android 9 with 1 GB RAM. Build from source after fetching separately licensed Unsplash photos, then sideload with ADB. Other Android TV models are untested; use the system font unless you have rights to an optional local font.
- Remove the sponsored rows
- Make the home screen simpler and faster
- Auto-hiding photo dock
- Home redirect without removing stock launcher
