Band Health Sync
AppSend Bluetooth readings to your own server
Band Health Sync is a fork of Gadgetbridge, an Android companion app that talks directly to wearables. It adds uploads of steps, heart rate and sleep to a server you run, with a companion MCP service for AI access.
Its published hardware walkthrough uses Huawei Band 10; Xiaomi support is inherited and the new upload path is unverified on these bands. Xiaomi workout summaries are not uploaded, and heart-rate samples are averaged into five-minute buckets.
