healthsync
Command lineQuery your Health export in a local database
healthsync converts Apple Health's XML or ZIP export into a local SQLite database. Its command line can return tables, JSON or CSV, with daily totals for supported activity metrics and nightly sleep totals.
Install a binary or build it with Go, then transfer an export from your iPhone. New readings require another export; its optional upload server receives files and does not read HealthKit live.
