Apple Health Export MCP
MCP serverAsk an AI about your saved Health archive
This MCP server imports Apple's Health export into a local DuckDB database. It exposes readings, workouts, activity rings, ECG files and workout routes to an AI client through structured queries.
You need Python 3.12 or newer, uv and the export.zip file from Health on your iPhone. New readings arrive only when you export and import again. The database stays on your computer, while the connected AI client determines where query results are processed.
