Android TV Makeover Launcher
AppControl a photo-based TV home from your phone
The launcher component combines a rotating-photo app dock with a browser-based phone remote for keys, text entry, volume, inputs and photo uploads. It runs on the TV and connects to Android’s local interfaces rather than a vendor account.
Tested on Xiaomi MiTV-AXSO0 with Android TV 9 and 1 GB RAM. Build and sideload the launcher, authorize its local ADB bridge, and use the remote only on a trusted network. This entry covers the standalone launcher; the repository’s separate preconfigured IPTV app is excluded.
