Show AirPods battery in Linux power indicators
airpodsd reads AirPods battery through a private Bluetooth channel and encrypted Bluetooth advertisements. It passes one battery percentage to BlueZ, the Linux Bluetooth service, so UPower, a desktop power service, can show it in system indicators.
Build the Rust daemon and run it with a local key-store path, or install its user service. The desktop value is the average of the available earbud readings, without separate left, right and case values. Support depends on compatible Apple Bluetooth packets; the project does not document a tested model list.
Public source is available, but no project-wide reuse license is stated.
