AppTune Bluetooth audio latency on Windows
airlow sends Windows audio to AirPods Pro 2 through its own Bluetooth stack, with adjustable packet timing and SBC or AAC encoding. Its tray app also pairs and reconnects the earbuds, shows battery and ear state, and changes supported noise modes.
You build the Rust project and bind a compatible Bluetooth controller to WinUSB. That radio can't be used for ordinary Windows Bluetooth until you restore its original driver.
The author tested one MediaTek MT79xx controller and one Pro 2 pair. The reported delay was judged by ear, not measured.
