Self-hostedFilter network ads and inspect DNS requests
AdGuard Home filters DNS requests across your network and shows which domains devices contact. The GL-MT6000 includes an AdGuard Home app in its stock firmware; enable it in Applications and open its local settings to choose upstream resolvers and filter lists.
DNS filtering cannot remove ads served from the same domains as the content you want. GL.iNet also warns that Handle Client Requests makes domain-based VPN policies and parental-control rules ineffective. Review that tradeoff before turning it on.
