APIWrite C programs for classic home computers
z88dk builds C and assembly programs for classic home computers from a modern computer. Its Spectrum and Amstrad CPC targets provide graphics, input and sound libraries, with options for tape images, disks and banked memory.
Choose the target and memory layout for the exact machine, then test a small example before loading it on hardware. The mapped Spectrum models have 48 KB or 128 KB; the CPC targets cover 464, 664 and 6128. Compiler components retain their individual licenses.
