Yattee
AppWatch YouTube through your own video server
Yattee is a video player that can use Yattee Server, Invidious or Piped to load YouTube videos. Those services obtain the media, while the Apple TV app handles playback and can skip sponsor segments using SponsorBlock's community timings.
The verified current route is the Yattee 2 TestFlight beta on tvOS 18 or later. You need a working source server or instance, and YouTube changes can interrupt playback. The server operator can see requests, so using a public instance does not keep viewing private from that operator.
