RetroArch for Xbox
AppRetro emulators on your Xbox in Dev Mode
RetroArch runs emulator and game-engine cores on Xbox One and Series S/X. Install its Xbox/UWP package and required runtime through Device Portal, then add compatible cores and your own games.
Dev Mode needs a Partner Center developer account. Microsoft's new signup flow at storedeveloper.microsoft.com is free; other signup routes use the legacy flow. Retail games and apps run in Retail Mode, reached by restarting the console.
