MCP serverConnect an AI client to your Withings account
Withings Remote MCP gives an AI client tools to read sleep, activity, workouts and body measurements through the official Withings API. You can connect to the author's free hosted server or run the same source yourself.
The hosted option handles developer credentials, while self-hosting needs Bun, a public callback URL and a Supabase database. Requests pass through the MCP server and responses reach the AI client; available metrics depend on the device, account and API plan.
Accounts created from October 13, 2026 need Withings+ when sharing through a Start for Free API app; older accounts remain exempt. Advanced developer access is a separate plan.
