WHOOP Buzz
AppFeel phone alerts and the time on your WHOOP
WHOOP Buzz is an iPhone app that forwards the notifications you pick, and the time, to a WHOOP 5.0 as vibration patterns, so the strap works as a silent notifier. It talks to the strap directly over Bluetooth, and catches notifications with a Shortcuts automation that needs iOS 27.
The author has tested it on one WHOOP 5.0 with an iPhone 15, and some later changes haven't been tried on a phone yet. You build it yourself in Xcode.
