FirmwareRun your vacuum and its maps without the cloud
Valetudo runs on a rooted robot and replaces its cloud connection with a local web interface. It reads the robot's existing cleaning software to show maps, control rooms and zones, and publish controls and status to Home Assistant, a home automation hub, over MQTT.
You need a supported hardware revision and the matching rooting procedure, usually a breakout board with USB or a serial adapter. The manufacturer's app and cloud features stop working, multiple floor maps are not supported by Valetudo itself, and firmware maintenance becomes your responsibility.
