Track My Indoor Workout
AppRecord indoor workouts and keep the files
Track My Indoor Workout records Bluetooth workouts from supported exercise machines on Android. It shows live readings, keeps past sessions on your phone and exports FIT, TCX, CSV or JSON files.
The project supports Schwinn IC4, IC8 and Bowflex C6 bikes, plus Concept2 rowers fitted with a PM5 monitor. Calorie totals and any generated GPS track are estimates; the track represents an indoor session, not an outdoor route.
Export sessions you want to keep before deleting the app or its data. Optional uploads require an account with the receiving fitness service, and Android battery restrictions can interrupt recording with the screen off.
- See live workout readings
