Archive Toyota trips in your own automations

Adds Toyota readings and trip downloads to Node-RED, a visual automation tool. It reads the European app backend and stores trip summaries in a local SQLite database.

Use your MyToyota account with active connected services; Lexus support is experimental. Vehicle control and waking the car are not implemented.

Toyota stopped returning route geometry from the trip-list endpoint around September 30, and this project has not added the separate route request. Resynchronizing an existing trip can replace its saved route with an empty route, so preserve the database before syncing.
