Tiny Assistant adds a Pebble watch interface to speech and language-model services. Its server handles requests from the watch, so you can choose and configure the connected services yourself.
You need to host the server and Redis, then supply the required service credentials. Speech and text may leave your server when you use a hosted model provider, and that provider can charge for usage.
