Lactate & Power Test
AppTry a staged heart-rate and pace assessment
This experimental SuuntoPlus app guides you through timed stages and estimates thresholds from how pace and heart rate change. It uses fixed rules and doesn't measure blood lactate.
Its threshold and power estimates have no independent validation. Timing and behavior on a physical watch still need verification.
Build and inspect the source in SuuntoPlus Editor. The source is public, but no license grant was verified.
- Add sport-specific tools to your watch
- Timed assessment stages
- Pace and heart-rate comparison
- Saved last-test estimates
