Show Subaru engine and gearbox readings

The public 0.8 source displays Subaru SSM2 engine and automatic-transmission readings on a Teyes head unit. It connects locally through a USB KKL cable and records trips and sensor readings without a cloud account.

The author tested a 2003 JDM Forester SG5 with EJ20 turbo and 4EAT on a Teyes CC3. Build the pinned public source: newer CarPulse 0.9 releases advertise transports and features that are absent from the inspected source. Other Subaru models remain untested.
