AppSave overnight H10 beat intervals on your iPhone
StrapLog reads H10 heart rate, beat intervals and motion over Bluetooth and saves recordings on your iPhone. It shows live HRV, has event markers and a breathing guide, and can show recording status on an Apple Watch.
You build and sign the iOS 18 app in Xcode. Exports go to iCloud Drive, or On My iPhone when iCloud Drive is off. Bluetooth gaps can't be recovered from the strap later. There is no license file.
