Sound Connect
AppControl Sony and Bose headphones from your desktop
Sound Connect puts supported headphone settings in a Mac menu bar or Linux tray. It connects directly over Bluetooth for battery status and noise control, with EQ and other settings shown only when the model supports them.
It is in beta: Bose support is limited to QC35/35 II, and the older Sony WH-1000XM3 and XM4 are excluded. macOS needs version 14 or newer; Linux needs tray support, with PipeWire for call-aware ambient mode.
