Sleep Cycle Alarm
AppSet a phone alarm from Band 5 sleep records
Sleep Cycle Alarm reads Honor Band 5 sleep records through Gadgetbridge, a local Bluetooth companion. It calculates a phone wake alarm from reported sleep onset using a fixed 90-minute-cycle estimate and an optional latest wake time.
Build the Android app and enable Gadgetbridge’s documented sync and database-export permissions. Sleep reports can arrive late, and without a deadline the alarm can keep moving if sleep is never detected. The alarm rings on the phone; it does not program the band’s alarm. The source is public, but no project license was found.
