SendspinDroid
AppPlay Sendspin server audio through Android Auto
SendspinDroid is an Android player for Sendspin, a protocol for streaming synchronized audio from your own server. Its Android Auto integration exposes playback controls and server or group selection through the phone’s media service.
You need a compatible Sendspin server on a network the phone can reach; the README specifies a VPN for use away from home. Install the project’s Android APK and verify the network route before relying on playback in the car.
- Play your own music, podcasts and audiobooks
- Synchronized playback with other Sendspin players
- Saved server connections
- Playback-group switching
