Self-hostedSchedule scale-to-Garmin sync from a local wizard
ScaleBridge Sync copies Withings scale measurements into Garmin Connect on a schedule. It runs on your computer or server and reads the official Withings API before uploading weight and body-composition data to Garmin.
The local setup wizard needs your own Withings developer application and Garmin account. It can backfill history, but it still depends on both companies' cloud services and the account's API access. On Start for Free API apps, accounts created from October 13, 2026 need Withings+; earlier accounts remain exempt. Check large historical imports for missing records; the inspected API client does not paginate.
