Plug-inUse newer Roomba cloud controls in Home Assistant
Roomba v4 adds cleaning controls, battery status and maps to Home Assistant, a home automation hub you run yourself. It signs into the private iRobot cloud API and uses cloud messages for updates and commands.
Install it manually or through HACS, a community integration installer, and sign in with your iRobot account. The author tested Roomba 105; manual floor selection is unavailable, and j7+ map downloads remain unverified.
