Adjust charging from Powerwall solar readings

This PHP controller reads solar production, home consumption and battery state from Tesla's private Owner API. It uses Rivian's private app API to adjust the car's charging schedule as surplus changes. The repository targets an R1T with Powerwall 3 and includes a local web dashboard.

Run it on a Mac or Linux computer with PHP, using your Rivian and Tesla accounts. It replaces the Rivian charging schedule, and its default low-battery and trip overrides allow grid charging. Both cloud connections must keep working, and current operation on a car has not been independently confirmed.
