RingConnWearSync
AppRead RingConn metrics on your Wear OS watch
RingConnWearSync puts RingConn readings on Wear OS watch tiles, complications and detail screens. Its Android bridge reads Health Connect, Android's shared health data store, plus the official RingConn app's widget and on-screen values.
Install the phone and watch APKs, grant Health Connect, widget and accessibility permissions, and keep the official RingConn app. Widgets can lag up to half an hour, and sleep may need you to open the official app with the phone unlocked. Several cards show labeled estimates rather than measurements.
