Health Sync by ResiyHome
Plug-inKeep health history and workouts in Home Assistant
Health Sync by ResiyHome adds health sensors and a local daily history to Home Assistant, a home automation server. It reads steps, sleep, heart metrics and workouts from Google's official Health API with your own OAuth credentials.
Install it through HACS, the community integration installer, and connect each person's Google account separately.
Readings still depend on phone and cloud syncing. The troubleshooting guide says CPU can spike during its 15-minute updates.
- Use your readings in other apps
- View your history on a computer
- Keep a readable copy of your history
- Separate connections for multiple people
- Local daily normalized history
- Workout, HRV and respiration sensors
