Readest
AppRead on the S4, or sync your place with other devices
Readest is an open-source ebook reader for phones, computers and Android e-readers such as Boox. It runs on the Xteink S4 as a 32-bit Android app.
On the other Xteinks, its plug-in for CrossPoint, the open-source replacement firmware, downloads EPUBs from your Readest cloud library and syncs progress and reading sessions with your Readest account.
The plug-in needs a CrossPoint 2.0 test build, and its guide says synced positions can land a few lines off. Readest's cloud storage and sync may have their own limits or fees.
