Replace graphics stored on a TN9000 display board
ColorLCDVape-RE documents screen graphics stored in external SPI flash on a specific RAZ TN9000 / Kraze HD7K board. It maps image offsets and RGB565 formats so an experienced hardware developer can replace artwork. This requires a flash programmer, a complete verified backup and a matching board revision. It is a manual reverse-engineering workflow, not a USB installer or an operating-system port.
