Pulse Mobile
AppCalculate recovery and strain on your Android phone
Pulse Mobile reads your synced Fitbit records from Health Connect, Android's on-phone health-data store, and keeps its own database on the phone. It works out its own recovery, strain and sleep estimates and shows trends and a journal.
Use Android 14 or newer for the current Google Health app, install the APK and grant Health Connect read and history permissions. No Pulse account or server is needed.
Pulse's processing stays local, but Fitbit still uses Google's app and cloud to supply the records.
