PULSE for H10
AppCompare heart-rate recovery after workout sets
PULSE reads Bluetooth H10 heart rate and compares recovery after exercise sets. Profiles and sessions stay in browser storage, with CSV export and JSON backups.
Use Chrome on Mac with its Japanese interface. It records heart rate only; recovery calculations exclude missing readings and separate demo sessions.
- Keep readings off Polar’s cloud
- See and share live heart rate
- Analyze recordings in your own tools
- Keep your own recording files
- Set-by-set recovery records
- Compare matching exercises
- Local profiles and backups
