Prism
AppView Watch readings and scores on your phone
Prism reads Apple Health on your iPhone and shows its own sleep, recovery, strain, stress and energy estimates. It also provides a reading browser, a journal, widgets and a ZIP export of your records.
Build it in Xcode 27 for an iPhone running iOS 27 and select local mode during setup. Free Personal Team installation is untested by the maintainers, and the scores have no clinical validation. Cloud accounts and model-backed chat are disabled in the public build until a backend is configured.
- View your history on a computer
- Keep a usable copy of your history
- On-device derived scores
- Raw reading browser
- Journal and widgets
- JSON and NDJSON export
