Polar Workout Importer
AppTurn workout plans into Polar training targets
Polar Workout Importer is a Chrome extension that creates phased running targets in Polar Flow from the companion workout generator. It works through your signed-in Polar Flow browser session.
Install it as an unpacked extension and review the generated workout before submitting it. There is no Chrome Web Store release, and changes to Polar Flow’s website can break the import.
