Command lineDownload your Polar watch's files over USB
These Ruby command-line tools copy files directly from supported Polar watches over USB. They can turn stored workouts into GPX or TCX files and extract daily activity, sleep, Nightly Recharge and RR data when the watch has recorded it.
You need Ruby, the listed native dependencies and a USB connection with permission to access the watch. The README tests newer watches on Linux; the workout converters export only the first sport of a multisport session, and some owners report connection or long-download failures.
