Heart Rate Mon
AppRecord ECG and motion with a desktop control panel
Heart Rate Mon reads H10 ECG, heart rate, RR intervals and acceleration directly over Bluetooth. Its desktop interface plots them and records JSONL. Its command line can send readings over TCP.
Setup is documented for macOS and Python 3.11. Other operating systems and faster acceleration modes are untested.
Breathing values are estimates. The source is public, but no license file was found.
- Keep readings off Polar’s cloud
- Record raw ECG locally
- TCP output
- Display-only ECG filters
