DashboardTurn H10 readings into breathing, sound and light
Polar H10 Ribbon reads live ECG, beat intervals and motion from an H10 over Bluetooth. It turns them into browser visuals, breathing guides and sound. It stores beat data locally and can control Philips Hue lights or a timeBuzzer LED.
You run the Python services on a Mac. Set up your own lights, or use only the browser displays. Its HRV-based colour and stress labels are the project's own estimates. There is no license file.
