Polar H10 Data Reader
DashboardView H10 heart rate and export beat-interval readings
This browser dashboard reads H10 heart rate and beat intervals directly over Bluetooth, then exports BPM, RR and calculated RMSSD as CSV or JSON. Its ECG display can generate artificial waveforms even outside demo mode, so it must not be treated as a recorded ECG.
Use a supported Web Bluetooth browser over HTTPS or localhost. The CSV pairs heart-rate and beat arrays by position rather than verified timing; inspect the export before using it for analysis.
