AppRun phased heart-rate workouts without a Polar watch
Polar Bear is an Android app that reads a Polar H10 directly over Bluetooth and runs reusable workout phases with target heart-rate zones. It alerts you by sound and vibration, keeps sessions on the phone and exports heart-rate history as TCX.
You need Android 9 or newer and an H10. A release APK is available. It has no direct Polar Flow sync. The author labels it early development and hasn't verified use alongside Polar Beat. There is no license file.
