Self-hostedSend WaterRower readings to training apps
PiRowFlo reads a WaterRower S4 monitor over USB or a SmartRow pulley over Bluetooth, then broadcasts the readings from a Raspberry Pi. Compatible apps and watches can receive rowing data over Bluetooth or ANT+.
You need an S4 USB monitor or SmartRow pulley and the adapters for your chosen connection. SmartRow needs a second Bluetooth adapter on a Pi with built-in Bluetooth; ANT+ needs its own USB stick.
The project documents installation on newer Raspberry Pi OS releases, but its receiving-app compatibility table dates from 2021. Check your chosen app with a short row before relying on it for a workout.
