Command lineExport workout IDs and planned power-zone blocks
Peloton Workout Extract signs in through a browser, then uses the private API to export workout IDs and class details as JSON, JSONL or CSV. It can also get the planned power-zone segments for a class you haven't taken and download your workout-history CSV.
It needs Python 3.12 or newer, uv, Chromium through Playwright and your own Peloton credentials. Zone values describe the instructor's plan, not your effort. Older page-scraping commands have documented reliability problems. The source is public, but no license file was found.
