Pebble Intervals Wellness
AppSync Pebble health totals to Intervals.icu
Pebble Intervals Wellness reads steps, sleep and available heart-rate values from Pebble Health on the watch. Its phone JavaScript sends daily wellness records to Intervals.icu, a training log, using your API key.
Install the watch app and enter your Intervals.icu key in its settings. Models without a heart-rate sensor send the readings they have, and sleep split by midnight is not reassembled into a single night.
- Export steps, sleep and heart-rate history
- Scheduled daily wellness uploads
- Manual retry of pending records
- Derived sleep score and optional HRV fields
